What goals did they meet? , I tell you one of my goals this week was to get up early and exercise at home! Whether it is abs or cardio it is excellent to start our day. I really like to set weekly goals and so during the weekend I can see what I can change from that, or what I can improve. But hey, today we will talk about the importance of alternating with two girdles or two sizes of girdles, and you will wonder why I need two girdles if I already have a Lark! And here I will explain what I do and how it would help you, sometimes like every woman I wake up more inflamed than other days, either because I ate a lot of dinner the day before or because I'm on my days, or simply hormonal changes that's super It's normal for us, so for my house I wear a looser girdle, for example, size 30 (xs) and for exercise or if I'm going out to do things I wear size 28 (xxs) what is the difference between the two? The size mainly and that wearing a larger size I can do things more freely like eating or resting and it doesn't bother me at all but at the same time I'm reducing measurements and instead size 28 (xxs) is tighter but I can exercise with it because it gives me support, it is also very uncomfortable to wait for the girdle to dry after exercising, so I only put on the largest size in what the other one is ready to use it again.

Remember that a girdle must be tight but not to the point of not being able to breathe, you have to do things little by little and take your time when you start using it because if it is too tight you will not stand it and you will think that the girdles are uncomfortable and useless, and of course they work, but everything is little by little. I did not have my waist from one day to the next, as I explained in my other article that the changes were gradual and in fact it took a year to go from being a size 30 (xs) to a 28 (xxs) girdle. Actually, I have several girdles, but there are two sizes with which I alternate 30 and 28, either in beige or red, and soon we will have it available in black.

Another option is to alternate with the vest and girdle, so it can be, you can use the vest at home and the girdle for the gym, since I do not recommend the vest for exercise, it can be a bit tedious to use it, I I highly recommend the girdle for exercise and the vest for your home or work! And so you can alternate until you feel comfortable wearing only one girdle or one size in both in a girdle or vest!!! The best thing is that if you use two girdles of different sizes, you can change to the largest size, I love that, if I don't feel comfortable with the small size, I simply put on the largest girdle, remember that we will see the results! when we take off the girdle it is a very nice satisfaction to wear a dress and see your waist delineated, that is why I recommend you use it as much of the time as possible to see results faster!
