Let's avoid buying the "natural" juices that are sold in conventional stores since they are highly processed and contain a large amount of sugar that ultimately do not provide great nutritional value. If you decide to buy, opt for the juice to be prepared at the moment, today in Nowadays there are establishments where they sell this type of juices that prepare them with fresh fruits, they provide us with all the nutrients or they can be prepared from home, that is why here I will give you some recipes of how I prepare them in the morning, they are excellent detox and you can take them on an empty stomach! For this juice we are going to need:

1 orange

1/2 grapefruit

2 bits of ginger

2 stalks of Celery

We blend everything and drink it immediately.

For me the best juice is the one that contains grapefruit, orange and pineapple! It is a boom for metabolism and helps us lose weight. 50 grams of Nopal.

I loved this juice! The combination of grapefruit juice with the nopal gives an incredible flavor, and the pineapple flavor predominates more.
