For example, the vest is of high compression, that is, it helps to reduce measurements of both the back and the waist. It can also be of great help, mainly in posture, since it is longer, covers the entire part of the back, and has 3-row straps. of snaps in the part of the arms that help to adjust that part perfectly, now many girls ask me if the vest can be annoying in the part of the shoulders or arms and I answer them no, at first it can be annoying because of It's getting used to but the girls who have it have loved it, especially if they work and spend all day sitting or moving all day, I would use the vest more for daily use and not for exercise, since it covers the entire back and does not give as much freedom of movement, now the vest, as I mentioned before, covers more than the girdle and it also covers the famous "chubby" ones that form just below our shoulders, that to all women icas is marked on us is very normal due to the use of a very thin strap bra, I love the vest since I have problems with my back and it helps me a lot with my posture!!!

Now, let's talk about the Waistband, whether in Beige or Red, both have the same function: Shape and make our waist small, I love the Red color! And Beige is a more discreet color, I use it when I'm going to wear lighter clothes, or white clothes, for example.

The girdle, unlike the vest, is concentrated in the waist, and is perfect for exercising, it has 3 rows of hooks to go around the same as the vest, The waistband, as its name indicates, is concentrated in the part of the waist, it is also long-waisted and will cover the entire abdomen and back but not the upper part of the back, it is perfect for exercising since you have freedom of movement and the abdominals can be done perfectly with the girdle on. Also Posture is of great importance especially when doing squats, that's why the waistband is ideal to use during exercise! In summary, each girdle has its benefits and the decision to choose the waistband or the vest depends on your needs, as I already mentioned, I use the vest for daily use and especially if my back hurts, and I use the waistband when I exercise and when I will wear strappy blouses, for example.
