Hello Girls! Our first article was a success! And it's all thanks to you! Many people have asked me what I eat or what exercises they can do at home now that we are in quarantine and how I have even lost weight! So today I will tell you how I am taking care of my figure and I will give you some tips so that you can continue taking care of your figure from home, since as we all know, being in quarantine totally changed the lives of most of us since before it I could train freely, or we could go to work or do our activities without restrictions.

I hope soon we will return to do our normal activities, while we have to abide by orders as indicated, depending on each country, even though in general we are in quarantine around the world. As I mentioned before, I decided to exercise at home and try to lead a more active life, for example, before I woke up late and of course I couldn't do my daily activities and I postponed them, at the end of the day I ended my day and couldn't do anything ! now I try to make my day more productive by being at home and taking more care of my diet, since we can suffer a rebound due to the despair of not being able to go out and we tend to eat more, also leading a more sedentary life harms us since we do not perform some activity that allows us to walk or move and that is when we gain weight and not recover since it is easier to gain weight than to lose weight, that is why I advise you not to do it, and try to lead a more active life , do any activity that involves not being resting, or at rest, or just glued to the tv. For example, set a defined schedule to exercise, you can do crunches or walk outside your house, that is more than excellent to help you maintain your weight. I wake up and immediately put on my reducing gel and then my girdle, then I drink chamomile tea to reduce inflammation of the abdomen, and have 3-4 egg whites for breakfast accompanied by 200 grams of fruit, it can be pineapple or papaya, or you can make a detox juice from pineapple, grapefruit, and papaya that is great!

Then I do my daily activities, for example if I have to go out to buy food or just be at home, I check their messages and answer their questions about girdles. Then as a snack at 12 pm, it can be oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, or cottage cheese with pineapple, I love it! I keep doing my activities, and later my lunch hour is 3 pm I eat salmon, rice and vegetables, it can be with sweet potato or broccoli, or dried lettuce. At 6 pm I exercise at home for 1 hour and I eat chicken again, for example, which I love. Or lean beef. At 8 pm is my dinner and I eat a tuna or two boiled egg whites. Remember that after exercise it is necessary to eat well so that our tissues recover, including fruits and vegetables in our diet is very important since they contain antioxidants, for example pineapple, and grapefruit in the morning are excellent, and by eating fish we can accompany it with celery, broccoli, lettuce, and sweet potato, which is a carbohydrate and contains vitamin A that protects our skin and our immune system, avoid eating sausages since they retain liquids and we can look swollen in the abdomen and do not provide nutritional value; Girls, I am not a graduate in Nutrition or anything, I am just giving you an example of what I eat daily and what I try to avoid so that you can give yourself an example and remember to take the information that seems convenient to you, I am not taking protein right now I didn't change my diet completely, before this contingency began I had a specialized diet and routine but I decided to stop since before I needed to eat more because I exercised two hours a day so my tissues atrophied more. Now, since I spend time at home, it is not necessary to eat so much, if not, I eat 5 times a day and in small amounts so as not to gain weight and the day I return to train this list to resume my routine and personalized diet.

Girls, do not despair, although it is true, this may take longer than planned, we have a lot of free time and you can use this time to take a cooking class, learn a language, makeup, read a book, enjoy family time, no! It matters, just do what you like! And of course let's take due precautions and abide by orders from our Government!
