Today I decided to share a super easy recipe for pancakes, which you can perfectly use for dessert and without guilt!
I love sweets, I can eat chocolates or muffins every day, but that is not ideal, since I could never see changes if I eat like this every day, it is best to eat what we like but healthy, that is, if we like sweets Well, let's use oats for example, which is a good carbohydrate and gives us a feeling of satiety, or we can use many super healthy ingredients that are easy to digest in our body.
I love today's recipe and I hope you like it, you can also prepare it for your children in case you are a mother, or for your partner and thus share time cooking, well here I leave the recipe with the amount of each ingredient I will give you an approximate depending on how many people there are. So let your imagination fly and cooking has been said!!!
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs (we will use only the white)
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
200 grams of whole oats
3 tablespoons vanilla
50 grams of grated coconut.
Skim milk
strawberries (optional)
We add all the ingredients in our blender, except for the strawberries and let blend for approximately 5 minutes, some people like the more liquid mixture, I like it a little thick, so that depends on each taste, in skim milk we can substitute almond milk, made to fly your imagination!!! It's the most important thing!
After we have our mixture ready, we put olive oil, avocado, or spray oil in a pan to heat previously where we will prepare the pancakes, then we put a small amount of approximately 50 grams and we cook our pancakes. We turn and make sure that it is well cooked.
Once prepared wait two minutes and add the strawberries and banana and coconut! They are delicious!! Vanilla and coconut give it a super rich touch!! Your children will love it! So much so that you don't need to use honey because they are already sweet.
With this recipe I got 6-7 pancakes so I shared I didn't eat them all hehe.
